Case Study

This project reimagined Boston University’s Business Innovation Center as a more visible, welcoming, and community-driven innovation hub. We addressed challenges around low awareness, unclear identity, and uninviting spaces by developing a refreshed visual identity, storytelling assets, and improved wayfinding. Through research and strategic design, we created tools that highlight the people and work inside the BIC while making the space easier to navigate and more engaging for students, researchers, and industry partners.
